	REZIDOR SAS EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
				Kurt Ritter President & Chief Executive Officer Nationality: Swiss Born: 1947 Kurt Ritter has been our President and Chief Executive Officer since 1989. Mr. Ritter joined us in 1976 as the General Manager of SAS Hotel, Luleå Sweden, and has since then held various executive management positions with us in business development and operations. Mr. Ritter heads the Rezidor Executive Committee and Planning Committee. Prior to joining us, Mr. Ritter also held several executive positions at Ramada International Hotels in Belgium, France, United Kingdom, Germany and Sweden. From 1986 to 2005, Mr. Ritter was a board member of Glion Hotel School (CIG). Mr. Ritter has also served as the Advisory Board member and Chairman of the 9th International Hotel Investment Forum in 2006; and as the Advisory Board member and Chairman of the Ceremony for the Worldwide Hospitality Awards in 2005. Mr. Ritter holds an Honorary Doctorate of Business Administration in Hospitality from Johnson & Wales University, Prudence, USA. He has also attended the Insead Advanced Management Program at Fontainebleau in France and graduated in 1970 from Ecole Hôtelière Lausanne in Switzerland.
				Knut Kleiven Deputy President & Chief Financial Officer Nationality: Norwegian Born: 1954 Knut Kleiven has been our Deputy President and Chief Financial Officer since July 2005. Mr. Kleiven is also a member of our Planning Committee. Mr. Kleiven joined us in 1986 as the Group Accounting Manager and soon became the Group.s Operational and Corporate Controller. In 1994, Mr. Kleiven was appointed as our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Rezidor, Mr. Kleiven held the position of Internal Auditor for the SAS Group. Mr. Kleiven is a Board member of Feri Otelcilik ve Turizm A.S., Casino Denmark A/S, Casino Copenhagen K/S, SAS Royal Hotel, Beijing Co., Ltd., Hotel Investment Turkey A/S, Maçka Otelcilik Anonim Sirketi, Doriscus Enterprises Limited and Afrinord Hotel Investments A/S (Alternate Director). During the past five years, Mr. Kleiven has also been a member of the board of directors of Copenhagen International Hotels K/S. Mr. Kleiven holds a degree in Philosophy, Psychology and Law from the University of Oslo, Norway.
				Gordon McKinnon Executive Vice President Brands Nationality: Scottish Born: 1960 Gordon McKinnon has been our Executive Vice President of Brands since July 2006. Mr. McKinnon is also a member of our Executive and Planning Committee. Mr. McKinnon joined us in 2002 as Vice President of Brands & Concept Development. He was also one of the founding team members of Malmaison Hotels, Bars and Brasseries, and latterly served as the Managing Director (Board member position) of the Malmaison Brand Company. Prior to joining Malmaison in 1999, Mr. McKinnon has held several leadership positions in marketing and communications companies in the United Kingdom.
				Martin Rinck Executive Vice President & Chief Development Officer Nationality: German Born: 1964 Martin Rinck has been our Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer since July 2005. Mr. Rinck is a also member of our Planning Committee, and heads our Project Committee. Mr. Rinck joined us in 2003 as Senior Vice President of Business Development, prior to which, Mr. Rinck was the Chief Executive Officer of Mövenpick Gastronomy International. Mr. Rinck has previously held various executive leadership positions with InterContinental Hotels Group as well as Mandarin Oriental Hotels. He is currently a member of the board of directors of Nordrus Hotel Holdings A/S and Afrinord Hotel Investments A/S. Mr. Rinck holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Brunel University in London.
				Thorsten Kirschke Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer Nationality: German Born: 1964 Thorsten Kirschke has been our Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since September 2006. Mr. Kirschke joined us in 1995 in Corporate Food & Beverage and has since then held various managerial positions in operations and food and beverage functions. Since April 2002, Mr. Kirschke has served in the position of Area Vice President of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, South East Europe, Switzerland and Italy. Mr. Kirschke has an MBA degree in Hospitality Industry from Cornell Essec University in France.
				Per Blixt Head of Corporate Communications & Investor Relations Nationality: Swedish Born: 1959 Per Blixt has been our Head of Corporate Communication and Investor Relations since 2006. Mr. Blixt is not employed by us but works for us under a consultancy agreement. Prior to joining us, Mr. Blixt was the senior vice president of corporate communication and investor relations of Observer AB. Mr. Blixt is currently chairman of the board of directors of Aspekta AB and a member of the board of directors of Prognosesenteret AS.
				Marianne Ruhngaard Senior Vice President & General Counsel Nationality: Swedish Born: 1960 Marianne Ruhngaard is Senior Vice President and General Counsel. In addition to the Executive Committee, Ms. Ruhngaard is also a member of our Planning Committee as well as the Project Committee and is the Secretary of the Board of Rezidor Hotels Group AB (publ.). Ms. Ruhngaard joined us in March 2000 and has held the position as Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to joining us, Ms. Ruhngaard was employed from August 1992 to March 2000 by PLM AB (publ.) in Sweden where she held the position of Associate General Counsel. Ms. Ruhngaard holds an LL.M. from Uppsala University, Sweden and has practiced at the Uppsala County Administrative Court and the Administrative Court of Appeal in Stockholm until August 1992. Ms. Ruhngaard is a member of the board of directors of Nordrus Hotel Holdings A/S. Ms. Ruhngaardalso holds diplomas in English, Russian and Natural Sciences from the University of Uppsala, in European Community Law from the University of Lund and a post-graduate diploma in EC Competition Law from King's College in London.
				Olivier Jacquin Senior Vice President Sales, Marketing and Distribution Nationality: French Born: 1966 Olivier Jacquin has been our Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Distribution since July 2006. Mr. Jacquin joined us in August 2003 as Senior Vice President of Sales, prior to which, he was the Global Sales Director of Europcar International, Director of Sales for Concorde Hotels Group and Director of Sales & Marketing for Concorde La Fayette hotel in Paris. Mr. Jacquin holds a Sales and Marketing degree from the Institut Supérieur Européen Gestion in Paris. Mr. Jacquin is also a graduate of l' Ecole de Gestion Commerce de Toulouse.
				Jacques Dubois Senior Vice President Park Inn Nationality: Canadian & American Born: 1956 Jacques Dubois has been our Senior Vice President of Park Inn since July 2006. In addition to the Executive Committee, Mr. Dubois is also a member of our Planning and Operations committees. Prior to becoming the Senior Vice President of Park Inn, Mr. Dubois served in several senior positions in our operations, sales and revenue management. Prior to joining us, Mr. Dubois was a district director of the CARLSON Companies under the Radisson brand.
				Beathe-Jeanette Lunde Senior Vice President People Development & Radisson SAS Franchise Operations Nationality: Norwegian Born: 1962 Beathe-Jeanette Lunde has been our Senior Vice President of People Development and Radisson SAS Franchise Operations since July 2006. Mrs. Lunde joined us in 1986 and has since then served in several senior positions in operations and human resources. Prior to joining us, Mrs. Lunde was employed by Conoco Norway Inc. and the Norwegian Industry Association for Oil Companies. Mrs. Lunde holds a Hospitality Diploma from the University in Stavanger, Norway and a post-graduate diploma in Business Administration at the Heriott Watt University in Edinburgh.
